The goal wasn’t to “build and ship” for the sake of it but to discover the truth, uncover real user pain points, and ensure the market was compelling and strategic. There were no fixed timelines or guaranteed outcomes.

I worked with a major property developer to test an idea to improve condo living and make housing more affordable in big cities. I helped design, sell and pilot a three-sided marketplace with early adopters.

Relay is a platform that speeds up collaboration on insurance proposals between multiple companies, helping them lower the risk of financial loss.
I worked with American Family Insurance to challenge traditional industry practices. I helped design, sell, and test the early version of Relay with their customers.In 2020, Relay closed a $3M seed round, and officially released their offering to the public. In 2022, Relay was acquired.

I led product and design on Female Funders team to help them pilot the learning experience for their first Angel Academy cohort.
